Coconut Butter

Organic stone ground coconut butter crafted in Calgary, AB. at the ShawZ Chocolate kitchen. One ingredient: coconut. Dehydrated coconut is stone ground to get a velvety smooth, creamy coconut paste. Add to smoothies, baking recipes, soups & stews; use as a subsitute for coconut milk and cream by adding water. It's a great snack on its own as well. It has a nice light sweetness, and melts in your mouth. Naturally low in sugar / no added sugar.
